i get wary when i hear a song where the guy sings something like ‘you’re the only one who really knew me at all,’ or anything like that. any singling out of anyone, any use of the word ‘only’ pertaining to an individual person.
it makes me feel like there are all of ten people in the world.
it’s like, ‘look harder, man. dont be so black and white about everything.’
